Easy Sweet Black Glutinous Rice Dessert (Bee Koh Moi)

1 Cup Black Glutinuous Rice
1/2 Cup White Glutinous Rice
8 Cups Water
1 Roll Gula Melaka
Big Pinch of Salt
3-4 Pandan Leaves (tied into a knot)
Coconut Milk (Add individually when served)

Add all ingredients into Rice Cooker & cook till the rice is softened. Once cooked, add in extra 2-3 cups of hot water & stir so that it will not be too sweet. If you prefer it very sweet then eat it as it is. Enjoy it hot or cold with Coconut Milk.black glutinous rice dessert
