1 Cup Black Glutinuous Rice
1/2 Cup White Glutinous Rice
8 Cups Water
1 Roll Gula Melaka
Big Pinch of Salt
3-4 Pandan Leaves (tied into a knot)
Coconut Milk (Add individually when served)
Add all ingredients into Rice Cooker & cook till the rice is softened. Once cooked, add in extra 2-3 cups of hot water & stir so that it will not be too sweet. If you prefer it very sweet then eat it as it is. Enjoy it hot or cold with Coconut Milk.
