Roast Chicken Stew

 

INGREDIENTS 

2 Roast Chicken Breast 

3 Carrots 

3 Potatoes 

1/2 Leeks 

1 Can Diced Tomatoes 

4tbsp Heinz Tomato Sauce 

2tbsp White Wine Vinegar 

1/2 Juice of Lemon 

Salt & Cracked Black Pepper to taste

4 cups Campbell’s Chicken Stock

2 cups Water 
METHOD 

1. Chop everything up

2. Add everything into a nice big pot

3. Simmer for 45mins to an hour till everything is softened 

4. Enjoy it as is or eat it with pasta, rice or bread.
