Easy Shortcut Sambal Ikan Bilis

An easy recipe for Sambal Ikan Bilis (Spicy Anchovies)

1 Tub of Adabi Sambal Belacan (Modern)
1 Tbsp of Asam Jawa Paste (Tamarind)
2 Packs of ABC Terasi Udang
4 Big Onions
Handful of Ikan Bilis (Anchovies)
1 Cup of Water
4 Tbsp of Cooking Oil

1. Heat pan with Cooking Oil
2. Once oil is hot throw in the minced Big Onions & Ikan Bilis
3. Add the seasonings
4. Add the water
5. Cook till the onions is beautifully softened
6. Serve with Nasi Lemak, Mee Hoon Siam or just about anything
7. Enjoy
