Did you grow up hating the bitter taste of Brussel Sprouts?
Well, trust me when I say you will like it if you cooked it my style.
First you will need to cut away the bottom part of the Brussel Sprout. Then start to peel them off layer by layer. Cooking it with seasonings like Oyster Sauce & etc in layers will help musk the natural bitter taste.
