Cheesy Mince Meat Pastie’s 

Ingredients 

1kg Mince Meat (Pork, Beef or Chicken) 

1 Leek (Minced) 

1 Big Onion (Minced) 

250g Cottage Cheese 

Cracked Black Pepper 

Salt to taste 

1tbsp Chicken Seasoning 

3-4tbsp Olive Oil

2 Eggs (as Eggwash) 
METHOD

1. Heat pan

2. Once pan is hot, add Olive Oil, Big Onions, Mince Meat & Leeks 

3. Add seasonings 

4. Once mince meat & leeks is soften & cooked, turn off fire & add Cottage Cheese

5. Have your Shortcut Pastry ready 

6. Shape it into whatever shape that you prefer

7. Brush on some eggwash & bake it in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20mins. Enjoy!
