Dry Egg Noodles

Do you sometimes crave for Egg Noodles (Wantan Mee) but is too lazy to drive out to the hawkers to enjoy it? Worry not…here’s a simple guide how to cook it yourself 😍

1 1/2 Egg Noodles
(Heat noodles in hot water for 1-2mins. Pour water away then mix it in new hot water & remove to mix it in the pre-prepared sauce) 

1tsp Thick Black Sauce
1/2tsp Soy Sauce

1/2tsp Sesame Oil

1tsp Olive Oil/Cooking Oil

1tsp Chicken Powder Stock (Powder)

2tbsp Water that was used to cook up the noodles

Dash of White Pepper 

*You can serve the noodles with anything you like. Char Siew, Siew Yoke, Black Sauce Chicken, Bacon & so on 😊
