Baked Chicken Drumsticks 


Pinch of Sea Salt 

Pinch of Chilli Salt 

Cracked Black Pepper 

5-6tbsp Lea & Perrin Sauce 

1tbsp Dried Parsley 

2tbsp Barbecue Sauce 

3-4tbsp Olive Oil

1tbsp Garlic Infused Olive Oil 

1tbsp Lemon Infused Olive Oil 

1 Big Onion

1 Carrot

2 Tomatoes 

1 Marinade chicken first with sea salt 

2. Then add on the rest of the seasonings & coat the chicken well with it

3. Keep it in zipper bag to marinade it overnight

4. Chop up the Big Onions, Carrots & Tomatoes & put it on the baking tray. Drizzle with Olive Oil, Lea & Perrin Sauce & Dried Parsley 

5. Sit the marinated chicken drumsticks at the top of the vegetables like sitting on a bed & drizzle them with Olive Oil, Garlic Infused Olive Oil & Lemon Infused Olive Oil

6. Baked it in the oven at 180 degrees for 40-60mins
