Egg, Chives & Tomato Omelette

INGREDIENTS

5 Eggs 

Handful of Chives 

5 Perino/Roma/Cherry Tomatoes 

1tsp Soy Sauce 

Dash of White Pepper 

3-4tbsp Cooking Oil

METHOD

1. Whisk Egg

2. Add the rest of the ingredients & seasonings 

3. Heat Wok/Pan 

4. Add 3-4tbsp Cooking Oil 

5. Add the omelette mixture 

6. Cool till it turns slightly brown 

7. Serve it hot from the pan. Enjoy!
