Roti Canai Parcels


12 Roti Canai

1 Can Cornbeef

1 Big Onion (Minced) 

2 Eggs 

Handful of Leeks (Minced) 

Cracked Black Pepper


Spring Onions/Chives 

4tbsp Cooking Oil

1. Heat pan & heat up Roti Canai’s till it puff up & set aside 

2. Heat pan with Cooking Oil

3. Once the oil is hot, add in the Minced Big Onions

4. Then add the Cornbeef & Leeks

5. Once the Cornbeef & Leeks is almost cooked, add in 2 Eggs 

6. Stir it around till everything is evenly cooked 

7. Scoop 1 big tablespoon of Cornbeeg Mixture into every Roti Canai Parcel

8. Keep the parcel flap closed using a toothpick 

9. Bake it in the oven for 8-10mins till its nice & crispy before plating

10. Serve it with Sourcream & Spring Onions or Chives. Enjoy!
