Ingredients:• meat (pork/chicken/beef)
• 1 tsp thick black sauce
• 1 tsp oyster sauce (*optional)
• 1 tsp sugar
• pinch of salt
• 2 tbsp cooking oil
1. Marinade meat with all the seasonings & rest it awhile.
2. Heat pan/wok with oil.
3. Throw in the marinated meat & fry till it is cooked.
*For an extra kick, add 1 tsp of curry powder.
You can use the same seasoning for seafood like prawns or squids too.
