Beef Ribs in Guinness & Brown Pear 


500g Beef Ribs 

2 Brown Pears 

1 Big Onion 

2tbsp Guinness Sauce 

2tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 

2tbsp Maple Syrup 

2 Cups Chicken Stock 

1/2tsp Cinnamon Powder 

1/2sp All Purpose Seasoning  

2 Sage Leaves 

2-3 Fresh Thyme Twigs 

Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper to taste 

1. Marinade Beef Ribs with a pinch of Sea Salt, Cracked Black Pepper, Olive Oil & bake till brown for 30mins

2. Heat pan with olive oil & sweat the Big Onion & Brown Pears 

3. Add the seasonings & simmer with small fire

4. Once Beef Ribs is slightly brown, take it out of the oven, add it to the sauce mix 

5. Simmer with small fire till Beef Ribs is nice & tender 

6. Serve with Pasta, Rice, Couscous, Polenta or Toast 😋
